The ILS program aims to make its participant into a universal leader, a leader in all fields and dimensions of human and social life. The ILS has seen that this capacity or ability depends on the development of the whole person.  The core principles of the ILS are found in the 5 Pillars of Leadership.

Some ways we can help you become the leader you are called to be

• Leadership coaching: Every two weeks with an experienced coach to build your personal qualities and leadership capacity
• Roundtable discussions & public speaking workshops: 2 hours each week to develop you social communication ability
• Grassroots projects & opportunities in & arround Rome: Expand your entrepreneurial leadership with practical experience
• Faith Activities (optional): Chaplaincy activities, daily Mass, monthly Retreat, and Spiritual Direction
