  • Leadership Project – each student is required to choose a project created by ILS (or proposed by the student and accepted by the ILS director). The project must give the student a chance to grow in their leadership skills by striving toward a challenging goal, creating and leading a team, communicate effectively, and present their results (good and bad) at the end of the semester. Special emphasis will be given to how they grew in leadership through the experience and came to better understand their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Leadership Growth Plan – with the assistance of their leadership coach, each student will create a plan for growth during and after their semester with ILS. This plan is centered on character, faith, and leadership. It is mean to be a concrete guide to help them know themselves and chart a course to continue the growth begun during ILS.
