This course comprises of a series of conferences and cineforum which are supplemented with related reading on the subject that will provoke reflection and further class discussion.

There will also be a field trip event, where students will participate in either the annual meeting of the Pontifical Academy for Life in spring or Pontifical Council for Pastoral Health Care in the fall to meet international experts and gain knowledge of the Church’s approach to these issues.

Students will act as reporters in these meetings and become effective communicators of life issues to a specific audience in their country of origin.
