The International Leadership Semester offers a compact and unified body of courses that will help the student acquire a deeper understanding of our Western society, while accenting some of the challenges arising from globalization and secularization.

The academic experience of the International Leadership Semester contributes the broadening the outlook of the students, enabling them to make judgments based on a deeper understanding of today’s world.

All students are required to take the Core Classes, but can choose to take either the Culture Series and the Business Series.

These classes also give students an appreciation and understanding of how leadership is used and applied in daily life and on a local, national, and international level, which will help them better analyze and understand the role and impact of leadership in the 21st century.
