  • What is ILS? The International Leadership Semester is an 89-day study abroad program in Rome, Italy.
  • Why ILS? Along with the academic component, the International Leadership Semester offers a uniquely personalized approach to leadership training, one that is not available in other study abroad programs.
  • Cost: €15,000- Includes study material, lodging, weekday lunches, two weekend trips, cell phone and wifi.
  • Classes: Core classes: Pinnacle of Leadership (includes speaker series), Leaders in Roman History (includes tours) and Entrepreneurship. Elective options vary from International Management to Western Civilization. An Italian Language course is also offered.
  • Accreditation: 15-18 academic credits (credits vary by academic institution)
  • Vacation: During the course there is a  9-day vacation and there are  3-day weekends to explore Rome and other European cities.
  • Passport: Students who stay for 90 days or less can enter and leave the country with their passport. Students who wish to stay longer must apply for a 6-12 month student visa.
